dark brown leather recliner loveseat

Have a perfectly still new brown/chocolate color leather loveseat recliner. It's a power recliner, leather, has cup holders, has storage compartment ( NO USB or charging plug), only has one small rip on top left corner from when moved it in apartment and doorframe rip it. Other than that no other rips or tears. It's in perfect condition. Price reasonable cause moving and need to sell ASAP below price I did pay for it.
