SILVER TURQUOISE NECKLACE WITH OUT CHAIN

This beautiful turquoise Silver would look great on a nice silver chain, and it is pretty cheap in price, oh and I wanted to tell everyone why I am selling my grandfather, s item s, that I have had for the last 35_40 years, well I have been hospitalized at least 20 times in the last couple of years, I just got home again, this time I had blood clots in my legs and my heart, and I also suffer from C. O. P. D. and have been told I have 17% of lungs left after smoking for the last 55 years!
