2004 Subaru Legacy Outback

I am selling my Subaru for 2000, it has definitely been reliable for us in our time of need and now we are looking to pass it down to someone else who needs it. It is running with about 280,000 miles on it. The brakes are fine, as well as the tires. It's not the most visually appealing car. Paint is chipping, there is rust (pictured) and there is spray paint on the gas cover (also pictured). The driver's side passenger door does not open at all. And the suspension is a little bouncy.
