Like new, 2 month old AC 8000 BTU. All the parts and paperwork, including the remote, I have. Clean and ZERO blemishes. No smoking, cigarettes or any other smokeables, No pet hair or oders, Not even strong perfumes. No small children putting things (toys, food, juice, who knows what else) in or on the unit.Clean filter every Sunday, with Antibacterial. It was bought 2 months ago at the Hillsboro Home Depot. Sorry, no receipt. I've been given was larger one and need the money to make car payment.
