raider 40hp outboard

this motor has zero hours on it it looks faded because it's been sitting on a stand in the sun, it's actually more than 40hp it has the jet foot instead of a regular propeller, this is a multifuel, submersible, easy to work on motor from what I've read about them they are specifically made for the military they are valued at around 9500$ I'm asking 4000 each price is pretty firm need gone asap
