very old chair. the real deal. I have all pieces, a couple of the arm support brackets are broken. but these parts are available and not very expensive. the hydraulic cylinder to raise and lower the chair has been rebuilt with new seals n gaskets. foot rest not in pic but I do have that and original seat cushion also. bring two strong men, it's VERY heavy.
